From my offices in Santa Fe, I represent clients throughout the state in the areas of employment law, intellectual property and computer and Internet law. I offer my clients over 25 years of experience in the practice of law, and I have spent my entire career in New Mexico.

The Right Experience for Your Case

I earned my bachelor’s degree in History of Science from the University of California at Irvine and earned my law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. I am also a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.
In 1983, I joined a local law firm in Santa Fe where I handled a variety of legal matters. In 1985 I joined Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) while maintaining a private practice handling intellectual property and technology law issues. In 1992, I opened my own practice in Santa Fe.

While working at LANL, I witnessed firsthand the challenges that many employees face on the job. It was during this time that I developed a deep passion for employee rights and employment law issues. I dedicate a large part of my practice to representing employees and serving as an advocate for their rights.
